		<description>Heh, breaking clichÃ©s down to extract their literal meanings is one of my nerdier past-times.  Here's a random one: 'pulling out all the stops' was originally a reference to organists who, to test the pipes of an organ, would 'pull out all the stops'.  No doubt it made a hell of a noise.</description>
